JioSaavn HR team is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated HR Operations professional to join the Human Resources team. You will be required to support the HRBPs in end-to-end department operations while actively contributing to process automation, HRIS management and proactively resolving operational bottlenecks while implementing various HR initiatives across the board.


  • Support the team in maintaining the Employee Master database and related HR dashboards
  • Responsible for creating all types of employment letters like appointment letter, confirmation letter, experience letter, visa letter, housing loan request letter, etc.
  • Handle management of leave and attendance records for all employees across locations
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS on a real time basis
  • Support the team in providing data for HR compliances, audits, etc. as and when required
  • Maintain regular reporting, data requests and HR analytics requirements by the team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records and documentation and ensure follow ups wherever required
  • Assist the HR team in the launch and implementation of new HR initiatives
  • Process all vendor bills and invoices of all HR initiatives, engagement and wellness activities.
  • Continuously liaise with HR, Admin and IT team for ensuring smooth running of HR Operations


  • Bachelors in Administration / Graduate in any field (preferably B.COM)
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR Ops profile, will be preferred
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information/ situations with tact and professionalism
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS portal, and similar computer applications
  • Prior experience in SAP based HRIS platform(s) would be an added advantage
