ROLE:

The Inside Sales Representative is a hands-on role that plays an active part in helping develop JioSaavn Brand Solutions’ pipeline for revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will be a direct extension of our front-line group of Sales Rep. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The candidate must bring integrity, energy, passion, and superb communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research companies, contacts, engage via email/calls, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business prospects, generate proposals and quotes, set meetings, and work closely with their outside sales representative counterparts to manage their sales funnel and close business
  • Work and thrive in a quick sales cycle environment
  • Detailed and accurate tracking of day to day activities and reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer data within the corporate CRM solution
  • Measured on monthly/quarterly quota for leads, meetings, and ultimately sales
  • Work closely with the finance team to assisting in collections tracking, review & customer follow-ups
  • This position requires creative thinking, and a solution selling perspective

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Business Administration, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in an advertising/sales environment
  • Eagerness to hunt new business every day
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Solid problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Desire to constructively contribute to a team environment
  • Bilingual is a plus - Tamil, Hindi, Gujrati, or Punjabi
