JioSaavn is looking for an Manager/Sr. Manager to join the Brand and Communications team in Mumbai. The candidate will lead marketing for JioSaavn Originals and syndicated audio shows.


  • Build go to market strategies in India and key overseas markets for all key audio shows produced by JioSaavn. You will be working along side the leads for social media, PR and digital marketing to build holistic 360 marketing plans
  • Identify key syndicated content from JioSaavn’s audio show catalog for marketing on JioSaavn’s network
  • Lead the team to ensure flawless end-to-end execution on all campaigns
  • Study campaign performance in real time and optimize media buys to promote the show/s
  • Liaise with content creators on a weekly basis, helping them market show/s on their platforms
  • Work alongside the Client Strategy team to build value for show sponsors through marketing
  • Work alongside the live partnerships team to identify key on ground opportunities for content marketing


  • 5 - 8 years experience in media/entertainment with hands on experience working directly with talent
  • The ideal candidate must have a media/communication/marketing background. A fancy degree isn’t mandatory but it doesn’t hurt either
  • Love podcasts from India and around the world. Brownie points if you are the kind of person who loves to binge Business Wars
  • Strong communication skills. Must speak fluent English and Hindi
  • Have an analytical mind, an ability to understand trends from data
  • Must have a keen interest in the film, music and pop culture
  • Be open-minded and curious: You will be listening to a whole range of shows on a daily basis
  • A people person: you will be working across departments with colleagues in India and USA
