Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

JioSaavn is looking for a seasoned, passionate and enthusiastic talent acquisition professional to join the HR team. You will be expected to manage internal as well as external stakeholders, support in manpower planning and budgeting initiatives, and work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver technical and non-technical hiring requirements. You will also lead the Employer Branding initiatives for JioSaavn through campus partnerships with top institutes and various social media channels.


  • Regularly partner and work with key business stakeholders and respective HRBPs on manpower planning, hiring requirements and recruitment process
  • Ideate, implement and execute best in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening and interviewing processes to attract top talent to JioSaavn
  • Streamline and standardize recruitment process to comply as per the audit requirements and industry best practices
  • Maintain hiring dashboard and report KPIs like Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios etc.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives for tech roles and management internships by partnering with top institutes and ensuring regular engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
  • Drive employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc to attract top candidates and position JioSaavn as preferred employer


  • 5-8 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing product-based organization
  • Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute with passion for talent acquisition
  • Preferable expertise in tech and media hiring domain
  • Experience in managing business stakeholders and recruitment vendors
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in reporting recruitment dashboards, manpower planning, costing and budgeting exercise
  • Must have strong screening, negotiation and closing skills
  • Should be able to deliver effective results within timelines
  • Should collaborate effectively within team and maintain consistent communication
