ROLE:  

Saavn is seeking a Senior Associate - OEM Partnerships who will be responsible for managing and identifying company-wide growth goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, someone who thrives in fast-paced, real-time creative environment and able to provide clear and articulate documentation to define growth objectives, business requirements and acceptance criteria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help find web and mobile performance issues, device coverage and any issues regarding product performance in general
  • Work with data team to understand, develop data and analysis
  • Support various aspects of internal development including data dashboards, and many backend processes, which directly impact our OEM clients
  • Pinpoint problems as they happen, while working across teams to actively solve those problems
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry, related events, publications and announcements
  • Track individual contributors and their accomplishments
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options and resolve internal priorities
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
  • Examine risks and potentials; estimate partners' needs and goals
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements
  • Develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA or related field is ideal; MBA degree is not mandatory, passion is
  • 2-3 years of Business Development experience
  • Ability to create and manage extensive spends and growth charts
  • Report on all weekly activity with relevant details in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents and processes
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail
  • Crisp and clear editing skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to get high-quality projects done quickly
  • Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences
  • Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
