ROLE:

JioSaavn is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Brand, Communications & Marketing team based in the New York office. The role focusses on the growth of the JioSaavn brand across our key South Asian diaspora markets (US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, etc). The ideal candidate will be a person who is able to take the global vision of the brand and tune it to different audiences across various markets and territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop consumer insights and research to understand user needs and market gaps
  • Identify user segments and develop associate marketing strategies
  • Understand and deep dive into user behavior across markets and regions (US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia)
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop, strategize and execute product, brand, content and editorial driven campaigns
  • Develop region specific marketing campaigns across all channels and mediums to help acquire, activate and retain users
  • Execution, management and analysis of campaigns
  • Budget forecasting, management and evaluation of ROI

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An understanding of the South Asian diaspora audience and market
  • At least 6+ years of experience, building and implementing strategies and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • An understanding of all marketing mediums and channels
  • An analytical mind with an ROI focused thought process
  • Ability to convince and get necessary buy-in across various individuals and departments
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Extremely well-organized, with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, but more importantly fully collaborative and protective of your team
