ROLE:

We are looking for a senior backend developer who is proficient with NodeJs, Python and has an understanding of modern frontend framework ReactJs also. As a senior developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You have to take responsibility to manage a team of developers and key technical people for the product. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a team of developers both frontend and backend
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product
• Translating wireframes into high-quality code. And building products from scratch
• Designing and implementing large-scale databases
• Handling lifecycles of product releases in collaboration with Product Teams

SKILLS:

• Experience of 6-8 years in relevant field is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of NodeJS web frameworks like ExpressJS/Restify
• Prior to Python, preferably Django or automation scripts
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles (Component Life Cycles/Hooks)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. MySql, MongoDB
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and NIX system commands
• Experience with code versioning tools like Git/SVN
•  

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Big data (Hive/Trino) experiences. Both DDL and DML knowledge
• ETL job management tools like Airflow
• Setting up ELBs and Reverse Proxys like Apache/Nginx
• Strong knowledge with Rest API framework
• Understanding of API Governance
